Guatemala: Getting Ready to Play Santa Claus!

Thanks to people's kind donations I have been able to prepare a trip to Guatemala and give a few Mayan children their first Christmas toys ever. What started as an attempt to send a guitar to friend turned into a trip where I was able to raise a little over $1,200. Thanks to the combined efforts of Aldo Lemos, a volunteer living among the Mayan population, and the donations of people living in the US, children will be provided a dental hygiene kit, a small back pack, and Christmas toys. For the next several days, I will make posts allowing viewers to see this work in progress in rural villages in Guatemala.
